VIRTUAL LOGS

As you can see, PerformerTrack has this Virtual logbook concept.

Currently, PerformerTrack has 2 virtual logbooks.

This log we are looking at here is known as the "Auditions/Booked Projects Log".

This is where:

•Your Auditions and Callbacks are stored
•Your Bookings & Direct Bookings are managed
•Your Contacts are housed
•Your Appointments are scheduled
•And your Statistical Breakdowns are accessed

If we go to the top toolbar and hover our mouse over "Logs" we will see the "Auditions Booked Projects" log. If you put your mouse over that log you will see the contents of that log displayed. Notice how the toolbar navigation matches the tabs on the logbook?

The other logbook is called the "Essentials Log" - aptly named since it houses essential information that is pulled through PerformerTrack in a ton of places.

This is where:

•Your Headshots are accumulated
•The Locations you frequent, like casting offices, studios and restaurants are saved
•Your active Representation; like Agents, Managers and Publicists are managed
•Your Submission Resources are gathered
•And the clothes you wear to Auditions are stored (less)
