If anyone has any questions about Teleprompter, feel free to ask. It may seem foreign at first, but it's easy once you get used to it. I often ask my teleprompter operators to let me read in the middle of the screen because that is usually where the camera lens is. That should also be where the little arrow indicator is. The teleprompter operator can adjust the arrow. The camera operator would have to adjust the camera to fit in the middle of the mirror/screen. The further away you are from the camera, the less visible your eyes move back and forth. The viewer shouldn't see your eyes going back and forth. Make sure your contact lens or glasses prescription is up to date! And if you wear glasses, you may want to get the lenses with no-glare. Good luck!

Hey Tanya. I did a shoot recently with green screen and teleprompter. To practice at home I went to http://www.cueprompter.com/ and put in my copy. Then I put my laptop an approximate distance and had my wife adjust the moving text while I stood and read. I nailed the audition and was comfortable on the shoot day. Also, the more familiar you are with the text, the more relaxed you'll be speaking it and the less "reading" you'll do of the screen. Hope this helps!
