Everyone knows this now famous app, which is a great place to vent regarding customer gripes for restaurants and retail locations. Businesses can also respond and address negative feedback right in the thread. Businesses are very sensitive to their star ranking, so if you were to rank a business quite low, it increases the chances that they might respond to your comment.
