Hello, welcome to PerformerTrack

We are happy to have you as a member and know that you and your career will benefit greatly from PerformerTrack's MANY useful features!

Let's take you through the Quick Start Guide to assist you with setting up your PerformerTrack account easily and smoothly!

First things first, we are going to go to PerformerTrack's User Info Section.

Go to MY ACCOUNT ~ PREFERENCES ~ USER INFO

The top half of this page is where you will see your stage name and e-mail address. If you ever change your Stage Name or your e-mail address you will change it here.

Also, if you wish to change your login password you can do it here as well.

On the lower-half of the screen is the LOGOUT PREFERNCES area. PerformerTrack by default has it set at 45-Minutes.

That means after 45 minutes of inactivity PerformerTrack will automatically log you out of your account.

This is done for security purposes so that if you are using a public computer and you forget to logout you don't have anyone snooping around your business.

However, if you tend to use your own computer the majority of the time and you aren't concerned with anyone looking at your computer without your permission, you may want to boost this as high as 16-hours.

Many of our members do this because they like to leave their PerformerTrack account open all day long and minimize and maximize PerformerTrack as they need it throughout the day. That way they don't have to re-login every time they need to access their account.

After you have adjusted your desired Logout Preference make sure to hit the "Update" button. You will see a success message appear in the middle of the screen.
