"Rising" is a story of a young woman, Phoenix, who wakes up strapped to a table with no knowledge of how she got there or why she is being held captive. Phoenix struggles to survive and escape the cold and calculating Doctor and the other experiments in the lab. But all is not as it seems. These people are infected and turning at a rapidly increasing pace. Phoenix soon learns that there are worst things then being held captive in this chilling horror.
